Kevin Tribe
Managing Director, Tequity, Inc.

Kevin brings 30+ years of experience working in North American software, hardware and professional services organizations. He has worked with multi-nationals and mid-sized firms, and has been the President and CEO of several software companies. Having successfully completed acquisitions for the larger firms he worked with, he used those skills to buy 3 companies in his own software firm which he then successfully sold to a publicly traded firm in 2003. His experience selling his own firm spurred him to start Tequity, to help bring a better level of M&A advisory services to firms in the lower middle market. Since that time, Kevin has invested in his own firm, using his experience to help other entrepreneurs and boards of directors with their personal and corporate strategies. Kevin has assisted dozens of CEO’s and Shareholder groups to achieve their personal and business objectives, whether to finance, sell, acquire, or merge with strategic partners.

Kevin is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business, a designated Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA), past Chair of TechConnex, an active member in a variety of tech related associations and a board member of several tech related firms.
